Step 1 of 2: About You
Frequently Asked Questions
A pilot program is a focused, time-boxed evaluation of SmartSupplySystem with your actual products and workflows. You select a small number of SKUs, we configure the system, and you run it in a real environment for 90 days or 6 months depending on the program. No firmware changes, no production disruption. At the end, you have concrete data on authentication rates, counterfeit detection, and operational impact.
Setup takes 4-6 weeks, then the pilot runs for 90 days (authentication and integration pilots) or 6 months (revenue model and DPP compliance pilots). The setup period includes onboarding, configuration, and training. We review results together at the end, with quarterly check-ins for longer pilots.
Pilot pricing is scoped to your specific needs during the initial consultation. We size the engagement based on SKU count, integration complexity, and pilot duration. There is no self-service pricing because every deployment is different. The scoping call is free and takes about 20 minutes.
No. SmartSupplySystem uses dual-label authentication (QR code plus a recovery phrase) that works alongside your existing hardware. The verification happens at the software layer, not the firmware layer. Your printers, your workflow, your production schedule — none of it changes.
No. The blockchain layer is invisible to end users. They scan a QR code or enter a phrase — the verification, settlement, and record-keeping happen automatically behind the scenes. Your customers see "verified" or "not verified." The blockchain provides the trust layer, not the user experience.
You own your data. Transaction records, authentication logs, and analytics generated during the pilot are yours. SmartSupplySystem provides the infrastructure and tools to collect and analyze this data. At the end of the pilot, you receive a full export of all data generated during the evaluation period.
SmartSupplySystem provides a REST API and native DLL for integration with RIP software, ERP systems, and custom workflows. For the pilot, we handle the integration work. For production deployments, we provide full documentation and support. The integration pilot program is specifically designed for teams that want to evaluate the technical integration before committing.
After the pilot review, you decide how to proceed. Options include scaling to full production deployment, expanding to additional SKUs or regions, or integrating SmartSupplySystem into your product offering. There is no obligation to continue — the pilot is designed to give you the data you need to make an informed decision.
SmartSupplySystem operates globally. The Solana blockchain provides worldwide transaction settlement, and the dual-label system works in any market. Pilots typically start in one or two regions to keep scope manageable, then expand based on results.
Authentication keys are managed with strict security boundaries — OEM keys stay client-side, platform keys stay server-side, and private keys never cross their security boundary. All data in transit uses TLS encryption. The blockchain layer provides immutable audit trails. We can discuss specific security requirements during the scoping call.
