Supply Vault

A tamper-proof container.
Only you hold the key.

Your Supply Vault is the secure, non-custodial home for your SmartSupplySystem consumable projects. Every authenticated product, every settlement record, every audit trail — secured by an Immutable Vault Passphrase that only you control.

What is a Supply Vault?

A Supply Vault is the container that holds all of your SmartSupplySystem consumable projects. Every product definition you compile, every label you generate, and every authentication record you accumulate lives inside it.

The vault is not just storage — it is the security foundation for consumable authentication. When a QR code is scanned at a print facility, the system checks the consumable against your vault to confirm it is genuine. The vault is what makes that check possible, and what makes the result trustworthy.

The vault is designed around your authority. Your passphrase is encrypted at rest, never logged, and never visible in support or AI interactions. Lucid Dream helps you create it and build on it — but your passphrase is never the shared property of both parties.

Built around your control

Yours alone

Your vault is protected by an Immutable Vault Passphrase — twelve words generated at setup. Your passphrase is encrypted at rest, never logged, and never visible in support or AI interactions. You are the primary authority over your vault.

The anchor for authentication

Every consumable project compiles into a vault. When an operator scans a QR code at the press, the system verifies that consumable against your vault — confirming it is genuine and recording the event.

A ledger you can trust

Settlement records, authentication events, and usage data accumulate in your vault over time. Because the records are tamper-proof and tied to your passphrase, they hold up under audit.

Up in under a minute

Creating your vault is the first thing your AI assistant helps you do. Give it a name and confirm your passphrase is recorded somewhere safe. Everything else — project compilation, label generation, settlement — follows from there.

Up and running in four steps

Vault creation is the first thing your AI assistant helps you do. The whole process takes less than a minute.

1

Connect your AI assistant

Link your preferred AI client (Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible client) to SmartSupplySystem using your API key from the Connect page.

2

Create your vault

Tell your assistant: "Set up my Supply Vault." Give it a name — your organization, a product line, or a facility. The assistant handles the rest.

3

Record your Immutable Vault Passphrase

Twelve words appear once. Write them down, store them somewhere physically secure, and confirm to your assistant that you have done so.

4

Start compiling projects

Your vault is ready. Share a Technical Data Sheet with your assistant and compile your first consumable project — product definition, digital twins, and labels.

Your Vault Anchors the Intelligence

Your Supply Vault is the organizational anchor for every blockchain transaction. Every product, every printer, every token — all attributed to your vault and therefore to your organization. Your AI queries that attribution to scope its answers to your data and only your data.

What flows through your vault

  • Token creation and initial supply minting
  • Ongoing consumption activity — tokens per day, per product, per channel
  • Service Agreement events from every registered printer
  • Counterfeit detections and out-of-region bottle load attempts

What your AI can tell you

  • Project status and supply levels across all product lines
  • Consumption velocity — tokens per day, trending up or down
  • Estimated depletion dates based on current velocity
  • Activity timeline — what happened and when
  • Printer Service Agreement standing — which devices are accumulating violations
  • Cross-channel comparisons — Americas versus LATAM versus EMEA versus APAC consumption patterns
  • Out-of-region detection — your own bottles consumed in a channel they were not sold into

Analytics refresh approximately every 15 minutes. Channel-level granularity means your vault is the finest unit of analysis — no site or location names are tracked.

Your vault. Your passphrase. Your control.

The Immutable Vault Passphrase is generated once and shown once. It is encrypted using AES-256 before storage, with the encryption key managed separately from the database. Your passphrase is never displayed in logs, AI chat transcripts, or support interactions.

During pilot programs, Lucid Dream retains encrypted recovery capability to support onboarding and troubleshooting. As the platform matures, passphrase custody transitions fully to the customer. Non-custodial means you are the primary authority — your passphrase is yours alone.

For organizations with data security requirements or third-party audits, this architecture provides a clear answer: your passphrase is encrypted at rest and never accessible outside of authorized decryption flows.

Ready to create your Supply Vault?

Every SmartSupplySystem pilot begins with vault creation. Take the assessment to find the right pilot program for your operation, and your vault will be the first thing you set up.
